The flats located in the centre of Monopoli, a stone's throw from the central square and historic centre, offer an ideal retreat for couples or groups of friends. The bays (beaches in the centre) are easily accessible on foot (otherwise 5 min by car). Nearby you can find restaurants, supermarkets and small local shops. In front of the apartment building there is a bar offering good coffee and breakfast. We have two twin flats one on the first floor and one on the second.

The flat has a terrace, not currently equipped with summer furniture. Access to the terrace for the safety of our guests will be discussed at check-in.HoldingHandsHolidayPlans is an idea of an Italian-Swedish couple for this reason we wanted to create a space that represents both our nations, colorful, but with minimalist furniture, with design decorations, but at the same time functional.
